Delete your Yumi account

Yumi: AI Chat & Roleplay, by GLOZION

You can delete your Yumi account and its data at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Yumi and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Settings (gear icon) → About → Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email info@glozion.com from the email address of your Yumi account (the one you sign in with, by email or Google), with the subject "Delete my Yumi account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (Google link or email and password)
• Your profile, persona, preferences and settings
• All conversations, pinned memories, chat settings and chat backgrounds
• Images generated in your chats
• Characters you created. A public character other people already chat with is unpublished and no longer linked to you.
• Your plan status and usage counters

What is kept

• Purchase records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat, and our record of subscription events, as required for billing, tax and refunds.
• Records of completed rewarded ads, kept to prevent reward fraud. They contain no chat content.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions first.
