Yumi is provided by GLOZION ("we", "us"). By using Yumi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Who can use Yumi

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in (your Google account or your email and password) secure.

AI characters and content

• Characters are fictional. AI replies and images are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected or inappropriate. Do not rely on them for advice of any kind, and do not treat a character as a real person.
• Some characters are created by other users. We do not endorse them and may remove characters or content at any time.
• Sensitive characters are hidden by default.

Your conduct

Do not use Yumi to create or share content that is illegal; that sexualizes minors; that harasses, threatens or impersonates real people; that infringes others' rights; or that tries to break, overload or misuse the service.

No nudity or sexual images. Do not upload, generate or try to generate images that show nudity or sexual activity, including character portraits and chat backgrounds. Chats may include romance, but must not be sexually explicit.

We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you write and create. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run Yumi, including sending it to our AI providers. Public characters you publish can be used by other users within the app.

Plans, subscriptions and ads

• Yumi has a free plan with daily limits, and paid plans (Plus and Ultra) bought through Google Play.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a period to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the period ends. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
• Free users can watch rewarded ads for extra messages or images. Rewards are granted when the ad partner confirms the view and have no cash value.
• Plan features and limits may change; we will tell you about significant changes.

Availability

Yumi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or that content will be kept forever.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content generated by AI or other users. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Ending

You can stop using Yumi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Yumi means you accept the updated terms.
